ABOUT US
​
The El Paso Leadership Network is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that invests in educational and economic development in the city of El Paso, Texas. We provide programs that empower members of the Paso Del Norte region through education, mentorship, and professional opportunities. Our members have access to a network of El Pasoan academics and professionals across the United States.

OUR MOTIVATION
El Paso faces systemic inequity in education and workforce development in comparison to some of the other large cities across the nation. Important education metrics such as college degree attainment lie under the national average, and many students from the region who do attend university are the first generation of their family to do so.

EPLN aims to offer guidance and support in the academic and professional development of students of El Paso and its surrounding regions.
Since our launch in 2019, the team at El Paso Leadership Network has worked tirelessly to promote our cause and in 2022/23 welcomed a newly recruited board of directors .
