Founded in 2019, and becoming a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2020, the El Paso Leadership Network  strives to make a meaningful difference in the El Paso community by  providing academic and professional development and opporunities to those in El Paso and its surrounding regions.


 EPLN currently offers the Rising Scholars mentorship program open to all high school students in the El Paso Juarez region regardless of academic standing.

Coming Soon:

We are also working on launching online self-paced courses. The first in the series so far will be the College Readiness Program with civics and financial literacy coming next. A certificate of completion can be earned when a program is completed.

Educators play an important role in a student's learning and education. Our aim is support education as a whole in the El Paso region. So another initiative we are working on is putting together a resource page specifically for educators. It will include classroom materials, trainings and workshops, and professional opportunities.
